Monique S. Patrick joined the CDC Foundation in September 2016 as chief operating officer. In this role, Patrick leads operations, investment, risk management, legal, grants, compliance, human resources, and emergency response functions, and she serves on the Foundation’s executive team. Patrick brings more than 25 years of finance, operations and administration management to the Foundation. Before joining the CDC Foundation, Patrick served as the chief finance and administrative officer for Atlanta-based Points of Light Foundation.
Paula Jasina joined the CDC Foundation staff in 1999 as an accountant and quickly moved up in the organization to become associate vice president of finance. In 2011, she was named chief financial officer (CFO). As CFO, she is responsible for all financial, business and accounting operations of the Foundation. Prior to joining the CDC Foundation, Jasina served as the finance director of the YWCA of Cobb County, which is a 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all and was committed to increasing the awareness and reducing the occurrence of domestic violence and sexual assault to women.
