$25K Matching Gift Doubles Your Support
A generous supporter of the CDC Foundation wants to match your contribution to our 2024 Community Health Campaign—up to $25,000. That means your gift today goes twice as far to help fight public health threats and advance community health.
With support from friends like you—doubled through the $25,000 matching gift—we’ll have $50,000 to keep innovative research projects and initiatives moving forward. But this limited-time opportunity ends September 30. So, please give now to double your impact and help save lives!
Make 2X the Impact to Help Save Lives
Your gift today will support the pursuit of a broad range of solutions that address public health threats, including:
Coming Together to Address Hunger
Hunger and food insecurity impact nearly 34 million people in the United States. There are many solutions to addressing these issues. To make meaningful progress, the CDC Foundation is working with hundreds of organizations to advance new strategies that bring together resources and expertise to make a sustainable impact.
Strengthening Partnerships and Communities
The CDC Foundation, in collaboration with Human Impact Partners and Kaiser Permanente, has developed recommendations to strengthen partnerships between health departments and community-based organizations (CBOs). The goal is to integrate CBOs as key decision-makers in public health decisions while fostering stronger, more balanced and enduring partnerships for improved community health outcomes.
The Matching Gift Ends September 30–Please Act Today!
Any amount to the 2024 Community Health Campaign is greatly appreciated and will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $25,000. Please give as you are able and make twice the difference to help protect and save lives. Thank you!
