Together: A Celebration of Our Partners

“If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

As one of my favorite proverbs, this says it best. Together we can accomplish so much more than any of us can alone.

As I look back on this year, I am inspired by the transformative power of bringing organizations together to work toward common goals to save lives and improve health across the globe. All of our work is possible because of your commitment, trust and generosity. Through your support of the CDC Foundation, you made it possible for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to advance important work—improving health in cities across America, preventing birth defects in children, strengthening global disease networks, and much more.

Our fiscal year 2017 report to contributors provides a few highlights of your contributions in action.

Year in Review Thanks to you, in 2017 the CDC Foundation managed more than 300 programs in 131 countries.

Together, we are creating innovative, high-impact programs and breakthrough collaborations that save and improve millions of lives across the globe. Thank you for partnering with us.
