Program Description: To continue the work of the Hunger, Nutrition and Health in Pregnancy Action Network and identify and uplift best practices in organizations working to remove barriers that prevent families with young children (birth to 5 years of age) and their families from accessing nutritious, plant-based food and nutrition education.
