Program Description: To reduce heart attacks and strokes among U.S. adults through implementation of new cardiovascular disease prevention content and education resources such as Live to the Beat (LTTB) American Heart Month activations; the LTTB Community Ambassadors Network; and health promotion through LTTB social media platforms, the LTTB website and the “Pulse Check” digital health education platform.
