Lead Poisoning Prevention Project

Program Description: To build and enhance laboratory capacity to conduct blood lead level testing to enable effective monitoring and early detection of lead exposure. Laboratory capacity building and technical support will be implemented in program locations including Brazil; five states in India; Nepal; and six countries in sub–Saharan Africa: Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Rwanda, South Africa, and Tanzania.
