To measure serum levels of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and pesticides in 850 children at birth, at 2 to 3 and 5 to 7 years of age. This study will characterize the longitudinal impact of PBDE exposure, commonly known as flame retardant, occurring throughout childhood on neurodevelopment.
