Vitamin D Influence on Toxic Metal Levels

To estimate the dose-response effect of vitamin D during pregnancy (versus placebo) on maternal perinatal and cord blood concentrations of toxic metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, manganese) and maternal concentrations of essential trace elements (selenium, copper, zinc) in a mother-infant cohort in Bangladesh.
