Make a Gift

When you give to the CDC Foundation, you help set vital public health programs into motion—programs that CDC can't fund now and may never be able to fund without your support. With your help, we can help CDC improve health for people everywhere.

Give an unrestricted gift: Where your gift is needed most. Unrestricted gifts allow us to use your gift to address the highest priorities of the CDC Foundation and CDC. We encourage individual donors to make unrestricted gifts.

1.Give now online. You will have the opportunity to direct your gift to one or multiple funds.

2.Give by mail.

3.Give by phone: Call 404.653.0790 or 888.880.4CDC.

All gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
