Partner with CDC

The CDC Foundation helps CDC do more, faster by forging effective partnerships between the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and corporations, foundations, organizations and individuals to fight threats to health and safety. The CDC Foundation currently manages more than 300 CDC-led programs in the United States and in 85 countries around the world. Each of our programs involves a talented team of experts at CDC and at least one outside funding partner.

Please note that the CDC Foundation is not a traditional grantmaking foundation. We are not an endowed foundation, and we do not accept unsolicited proposals. (information for grantseekers)
