Chloe Knight Tonney

Chloe Knight Tonney joined the CDC Foundation in 2002. Tonney has 28 years of experience in nonprofit advancement, strategy and management, with more than 24 years specifically in higher education and in building scientific public-private partnerships. Prior to joining the CDC Foundation, she was the director of leadership gifts at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, overseeing a six-fold growth in attracting resources and partners to the institution. She is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and Phi Beta Kappa and is the immediate past president of the National Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.
