Thankful

Everything we do depends on partnerships. As we look back on this year, we are thankful for the many people who came together to help us tackle the world’s complex health challenges. You made it possible for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to respond to global threats like Zika, fight antimicrobial resistance, improve the health of America’s largest cities and strengthen networks of public health leaders.

Thanks to you, we now have 304 active programs in 85 countries. On behalf of our board of directors, staff and those impacted through our work, I offer my thanks for your support. You played an essential role in protecting and saving lives across the globe while making Americans safer at home.

Our fiscal year 2016 report to contributors provides some of the highlights from the year. We are thankful for you, our generous partners, who make our work possible.
