CDC Foundation 10th Anniversary Heroes
The CDC Foundation has many heroes — individuals, businesses, foundations, CDC scientists and community partners who have joined with us to support CDC’s mission. All of these partners have dedicated their energy, expertise and resources to help CDC fight global threats to health and safety.
During our 10th anniversary year, the CDC Foundation is honoring five special heroes. These five heroes have gone above and beyond their duties and obligations to make a substantive impact on public health and on the well-being of individuals and communities worldwide.
Their stories are examples of how the CDC Foundation helps individuals and organizations become heroes by connecting ideas with resources, challenges with solutions, and passion with possibilities.
